Thyra Limited Product Warranty

At Thyra, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every Thyra Pro 2™ is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility, and we're committed to ensuring you receive a product that meets our quality standards.

This Limited Product Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal intended use.


Warranty Coverage

Your Thyra Pro 2™ is covered by a 90-Day Limited Product Warranty from the date your order is delivered.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we'll review your claim and, where approved, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product or replacement component.


What's Covered

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty workmanship
• Product arriving damaged or defective
• Missing components upon delivery


What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage after use
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or modifications
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning or storage
• Products used outside their intended purpose
• Lost or stolen items

As Thyra products are wellness products, this warranty does not guarantee individual health or wellness outcomes, which may vary from person to person.


How To Submit A Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is covered under this warranty, please contact us before returning your item.

• Your order number
• The email address used for your purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect

Providing complete information helps us review your claim as quickly as possible.


Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims are reviewed individually by our support team.

Additional photos, videos, or information may be requested during the assessment process.

Submitting a claim does not automatically qualify for a replacement or refund. Warranty coverage is subject to Thyra's review and approval.


Returns For Warranty Inspection

If we determine that a physical inspection is required, you must first receive written approval from our support team before returning any product.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused or returned to the sender.

Customers are responsible for:

• All return shipping costs
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable)
• Sending the product using a tracked shipping service

We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number until your warranty claim has been fully resolved.


Approved Warranty Claims

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome of your warranty claim.

If your claim is approved, Thyra will, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the defective product; or
• Replace the defective component; or
• Offer another appropriate resolution where applicable.


Limitation Of Warranty

This Limited Product Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Thyra or our authorised sales channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thyra's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the affected product or component. Thyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
